What a great day we had for the 2025 triathlon! Due to low water, the paddle course was changed to a two-and-a-half lap race, a downstream-upstream-downstream oval, about 4 miles overall. We had a staggered start so it was safe and not crowded, and quite a sight to see 125 kayaks on the river going in both directions! Spectators loved it. David Burkwall defended his overall male championship and Valerie Christoff won the female overall championship for the sixth year in a row. For race results, click here.
